Learn More About Us
Founded in 1999, APACC began with a small group of Asian immigrants who recognized a critical need in their community: helping low-income, monolingual immigrants overcome language barriers to access public programs and resources. What started as a commitment to providing translation and interpretation services has grown into a trusted hub of support. More than two decades later, social services remain at the heart of our mission, guiding everything we do to empower and uplift our community.

APACC is a 501c (3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving the underprivileged Asian communities. We were founded in 1999 by a group of Asian immigrants who saw the need for social services in their communities in order to help families thrive in America. To this day, the core of our programs are still social services.
